This property development includes the construction of 14 apartments, a commercial space, and parking spaces.
The building is designed to be contemporary, embracing a new architecture that is in keeping with its time and integrates into a diverse context. The choice of materials and the use of flat roofs contribute to this effect.
The brick used for the facades echoes the other buildings in the neighborhood. The use of anthracite and red zinc brings modernity to the project while utilizing a timeless material.
Furthermore, the building’s right gable received particular attention through the installation of gratings, allowing for the greening of the wall.
Finally, the rear of the building was designed as a park, including parking, as well as green spaces and relaxation areas for the building’s occupants.
