The project involves the renovation of school buildings.
On one hand, it includes the renovation of exterior joinery and the curtain wall of one of the school façades, creating a new identity for the building while also improving the thermal, acoustic, and visual comfort of the spaces.
On the other hand, the project involves refurbishing the waterproofing of the flat roofs, complemented by the installation of thermal insulation, as well as the implementation of a closure system for the playground, realized as an architecturally designed metal gate.
Finally, it also involves replacing the existing boilers with a new high-efficiency installation and high-performance regulation devices, in order to enhance thermal comfort while limiting energy consumption.
