The energy renovation of social housing in Wallonia represents a crucial challenge for several reasons, encompassing social, economic, and environmental dimensions.
With over forty years of expertise in this field, we are proud to have been commissioned to renovate 43 social housing units in Chênée for Le Logis Social de Liège in collaboration with Batitec.
The transformations concern the entire exterior envelope and include the demolition of existing cladding and installation of Eternit panels, the replacement of all window frames, as well as exterior insulation.
Interior works will complete this renovation of the 43 units, with modernization of electrical installations, replacement of boilers, and installation of new ventilation systems.
