In Jambes (Namur), the permit has just been granted for the Les Verreries project, carried out for Redart.
The project consists of constructing a residential complex, parking areas, and landscaping on a plot connecting Rue des Verreries and Avenue de la Dame, currently occupied by an old hall.
The project is developed in two buildings: a first multi-residential building on Rue des Verreries that will accommodate 14 apartments, and a second building with two apartments facing Avenue de la Dame.
Between them, at the heart of the plot, collective green spaces will be created by Atelier Paysage (Etienne Cellier). This “central pocket” will also manage rainwater through landscaped infiltration swales.
Finally, a public pedestrian path connecting the two streets will also be created.
