The planning permit for the future Seniors’ Neighbourhood in Libin, at La Fosse des Biays, has just been submitted!
The programme includes 21 single-storey homes (13 of which can be adapted for people with reduced mobility) and “Abbeyfield”, a co-living development comprising 10 apartments with shared spaces.
The project is designed to integrate seamlessly into a multigenerational neighbourhood, alongside a new childcare facility and single-family homes, with a multipurpose hall, communal meeting spaces and a strong focus on soft mobility.
A project led by the Municipality of Libin that is particularly close to our hearts: creating a living environment for seniors that remains open to others, rather than becoming self-contained.
