UMAN Architect is partnering with Matexi to bring two large-scale residential projects to life, marking an important step in sustainable development and urban planning for the municipalities of Ans and Vivegnis.
In Ans, a complex of 19 modern housing units will be built. The new buildings will integrate seamlessly into a residential environment.
In Vivegnis, it is an ambitious project of 77 homes, combining apartments and houses. Green spaces will be integrated, and biodiversity will be promoted through numerous new plantings as well as the presence of a future nature reserve in the rear area.
