Permit obtained for the GC Project in Vottem !

In Vottem, we have obtained the permit for the redevelopment of a 1.4-hectare industrial brownfield into a residential neighborhood of 87 housing units, structured around a central landscaped park.

Designed for Zabra Real Estate, this project offers a diverse residential mix to accommodate different types of residents and encourage social diversity:

  • 71 apartments across 4 blocks
  • 16 single-family houses organized into 3 groups

The apartments range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with dual-aspect or single-aspect layouts designed to optimize sunlight, orientation, and privacy. The houses benefit from private gardens and terraces, strengthening the direct connection to the landscape.

The layout of the buildings prioritizes light, views, and integration into the existing urban fabric. The blocks are arranged around a central landscaped park, structuring public spaces and promoting soft mobility.
