This project involves the urban development of Avenue de Batta, including the treatment of the quay and the pathway to the Huy cable car.
Pedestrian use of the spaces is encouraged through the creation of a landscaped area along the Meuse quay and an esplanade providing the HoReCa activities of the shopping center with a level outdoor space. This esplanade can also host various events.
The project also includes the creation of a multimodal hub (linking the towpath and the cycling-pedestrian network, the cable car, the TEC area, a river shuttle, a bike station, and a car park) to quickly connect the strategic points of the city.
