Construction of a new storage hall with an area of 2,000 m², adjacent to the existing building in an industrial zone, and a connecting passage between the two buildings.
The cladding of the new hall was made of aluminum panels in grey tones similar to the existing building; these panels were fixed onto a steel structure.
The project also included the development of the surroundings around the new buildings: internal access roads, unloading areas, and parking spaces.
The unloading docks were thus arranged in continuity with the existing ones, and a canopy was installed to cover this area to facilitate the transport of goods.
