Complete modernisation of the La Cova sports complex for the City of Arlon.

Designed as a structuring facility at the scale of the city, the project translates a clear ambition into architecture: to provide Arlon with a coherent, scalable, and accessible sports hub for everyone.

The program includes four natural and synthetic turf football fields compliant with sports federation standards, an eight-lane athletics track for all disciplines, twelve changing rooms, referees’ facilities, technical and public reception areas, as well as a parking area with one hundred and ten spaces.

The infrastructures are organized to accommodate both school activities and competitive events, with circulation designed for athletes, spectators, and service operations alike. The entire site is arranged to ensure clarity, safety, and user comfort.

The architectural challenge was to work with a constrained topography while preserving the natural character of the site. The buildings are integrated discreetly into the existing landscape through a functional and sustainable approach, incorporating technical, regulatory, budgetary, and environmental considerations from the earliest design stages.

The intended result is a facility designed to last and evolve alongside the city’s needs, from amateur users to high-level competitors.

A project carried out in partnership with Atelier d’architecture et d’urbanisme L’Equerre.

Construction of Jötunn’s new headquarters in the Bastogne Economic Activity Park.

Designed as a natural extension of the company’s identity, the project translates Jötunn’s core values into architecture: innovation, modularity, and sustainability. The program includes two industrial halls of 12,000 m² and 2,000 m², a 1,800 m² office building over three levels, a 150 m² coworking space, as well as outdoor developments structured around a central landscaped axis.

The industrial halls are designed to support scalable modular production, combining operational efficiency, ergonomics, and flexibility. The office spaces emphasize natural light, openness, and shared uses, incorporating relaxation, sports, and collaboration areas into daily work life. Part of these offices will be self-built by Jötunn using prefabricated modules, turning the building into a tangible showcase of the company’s expertise.

The entire site is organized around the Green Line, a landscaped backbone integrating biodiversity, responsible stormwater management, green roofs, photovoltaic energy production, and soft mobility. This axis connects the different components of the program into a coherent, vibrant place rooted in its environment.

This project combines industrial performance with quality of work life, offering teams a setting that matches their ambitions: efficient, sustainable, and deeply human.

Project currently under design for the creation of 87 housing units on the hills of Liège.

The uniqueness of this project lies both in its subtle integration into its environment and in the consideration of the existing built context at the site’s entrance.

The primary objective is to organize the residential area around a structuring green framework. We have thus envisioned a residential park where soft mobility is prioritized.

The green framework, as designed, will enhance soft mobility by creating a network of pedestrian paths, reserved for new residents, that will serve the entire site, providing easy access to the numerous green spaces created.

As for the buildings, they are designed such that the architecture transforms as one ascends. On each successive floor, the structure deconstructs and disperses, allowing alternative living spaces, terraces, and green roofs to emerge.

Construction of a day care service for adults in the form of an educational farm for people with disabilities.

This facility aims to offer a structuring, calming, and stimulating environment for adults with intellectual disabilities, whether mild, moderate, severe, or profound. The objective is to promote their personal development through the implementation of adapted agricultural activities, forming a valuable and meaningful educational tool.

The building’s placement on a plot of nearly 5 hectares, located in Malmedy, was designed to integrate gently and respectfully into the site’s natural topography, following the contour lines and minimizing its visual impact on the built and natural landscape. The project features a simple and compact massing. This composition ensures a clear architectural expression while harmoniously interacting with the surrounding rural context.

The ground floor houses all essential functions for the center’s operation: living areas, activity zones, educational workshops, a shop for selling their produce, and offices. A semi-underground level, integrated into the natural slope of the land, accommodates technical rooms such as storage areas, the boiler room, changing rooms, a processing workshop, and earthen-floor cellars intended for the cultivation of mushrooms and endives.

The architectural language is based on a balance between tradition and contemporaneity: the use of bricks is combined with more contemporary materials such as fiber-cement cladding. This combination helps break up the volumes, limit the mass effect, and ensure a discreet and high-quality integration into the site.

Finally, the building surroundings are developed with the creation of a gravel parking area and a covered drop-off zone for users. At the edge of the plot, hedges will be planted to enhance the project’s landscape integration.

Located on the Ivoz-Ramet site, at the entrance to the industrial zone, this development will provide the single-municipality Police Zone of Flémalle with a brand new, high-quality complex for police services, also dedicated to serving citizens.

The project is structured around a T-shaped plan, ensuring clear and functional organization. The public reception area, semi-public zones, and administrative spaces are distributed across three distinct levels. A dedicated wing houses police and logistics services, including secure premises, to centralize sensitive functions. The central circulation core is also noteworthy, designed to optimize internal flows and ensure smooth movement between the various hubs.

Technically, the building features polycarbonate facades, ensuring a subtle balance between transparency and privacy. The prefabricated structure offers great flexibility for future adaptations to meet evolving needs. Finally, the project strictly adheres to “Police” standards, PRM accessibility norms, and all security requirements.

An institutional project designed in collaboration with BAG, combining proximity to citizens, security, urban legibility, sustainability, and functionality, all in accordance with current “Police” standards, including the security of reception areas.

Prior to this, an old car dealership had to be demolished and the site remediated before the new premises could be constructed.

Inside the building, there are offices (legal, management, etc.), several lecture halls, including an amphitheater with 182 seats, as well as a large refectory/meeting space designed to be connected with the nature in the rear area.

In terms of materials, the main surfaces are clad in dark grey brick, accentuated by light grey metallic cladding for the secondary surfaces. The dark grey tone of the exterior joinery matches the presented claddings and sidings. Great attention was also paid to integrating the infrastructure into the existing buildings on Avenue d’Houffalize.

Furthermore, this new establishment allows the Haute École Robert Schuman to gain visibility in the center of Libramont.
