Attracted by UMAN Architect’s architectural proposal, a Brussels developer has submitted a purchase offer with a view to transforming this remarkable structure into a contemporary residential complex.
For this project, UMAN Architect proposes an architectural approach with particular attention paid to enhancing the existing building, sustainability, and urban integration. The main objective is the intelligent rehabilitation of Verviers city center, in response to current housing needs and the necessity to revitalize the urban fabric.
