The urban development of Marche-en-Famenne continues !
Located not far from the center of Marche, Bastogne Road will soon welcome 30 new housing units and two small commercial units.
This project, composed of four buildings, will replace abandoned industrial buildings and harmonize with local typologies.
The materials chosen for this construction include limestone as a reference to the existing buildings, as well as light gray brick, which allows a contemporary expression while remaining in the tones of the existing homes.
In contrast, the dark-toned metal cladding will mark the voids, plan differences, and contrast with the brick façade. The use of a similar material for the sloped roofs will also ensure the project’s overall cohesion.
