{"id":5279,"date":"2025-08-12T10:09:06","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T08:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uman.eu\/realisations\/project-gc\/"},"modified":"2025-10-29T17:19:52","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T16:19:52","slug":"project-gc","status":"publish","type":"realisations","link":"https:\/\/uman.eu\/en\/realisations\/project-gc\/","title":{"rendered":"Project GC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project currently under design for the creation of 87 housing units on the hills of Li\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The uniqueness of this project lies both in its subtle integration into its environment and in the consideration of the existing built context at the site&#8217;s entrance.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primary objective is to organize the residential area around a structuring green framework. We have thus envisioned a residential park where soft mobility is prioritized. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The green framework, as designed, will enhance soft mobility by creating a network of pedestrian paths, reserved for new residents, that will serve the entire site, providing easy access to the numerous green spaces created.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for the buildings, they are designed such that the architecture transforms as one ascends.
