{"id":5383,"date":"2024-08-30T15:45:11","date_gmt":"2024-08-30T13:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uman.eu\/realisations\/liege-airport-business-park\/"},"modified":"2025-10-29T17:20:21","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T16:20:21","slug":"liege-airport-business-park","status":"publish","type":"realisations","link":"https:\/\/uman.eu\/en\/realisations\/liege-airport-business-park\/","title":{"rendered":"Li\u00e8ge Airport Business Park"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Study for the development of the area opposite the Li\u00e8ge Airport passenger terminal, including the integration and design of office buildings.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To provide coherence to the various developments planned near the terminal, we chose to articulate this project around a green structuring axis: the Rambla.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Separated from all vehicular traffic, this backbone of the project prioritized the comfort of its users while allowing for the planting of a green curtain composed of various plants along its entire length, as well as the establishment of a succession of natural pockets.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, the Piazza, a relaxation and transition space centered on the Terminal, welcomed its passengers and served as a meeting point for the Business Park occupants.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project also included the construction of eight buildings housing offices and parking facilities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Study conducted in collaboration with Chapman Taylor and Tractebel.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Study for the development of the area opposite the Li\u00e8ge Airport passenger terminal, including the integration and design of office buildings.
