The public reception area, semi-public zones, and administrative spaces are distributed across three distinct levels. A dedicated wing houses police and logistics services, including secure premises, to centralize sensitive functions. The central circulation core is also noteworthy, designed to optimize internal flows and ensure smooth movement between the various hubs.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technically, the building features polycarbonate facades, ensuring a subtle balance between transparency and privacy. The prefabricated structure offers great flexibility for future adaptations to meet evolving needs.
