Creation of an innovative and sustainable ecosystem in Vis\u00e9, combining coworking spaces, business services, soft mobility solutions, and tourist accommodation.<\/p>\n\n

The main feature of this project was to address the challenge of combining a public and a private space, both located on the same plot.<\/p>\n\n

To achieve this, we conducted a macro and micro analysis, placing human considerations at the heart of our reflection on landscape and urban planning. This enables us to enhance Vis\u00e9’s tourist and entrepreneurial appeal, while creating a privileged space along the Meuse River that the residents of Vis\u00e9 will be able to make their own. <\/p>\n\n

Thus, the project includes a “bikeable” hotel (specially designed for cyclists, notably with an exterior ramp allowing access to the second floor of the building by bike) with about a hundred rooms, 4,000 m\u00b2 of offices, and spaces dedicated to Horeca, all surrounded by a large public park comprising, among other things, rest areas, meeting and play spaces, an esplanade, a landscaped area, and a skate park.<\/p>\n\n

Due to the narrowness of the plot, the building’s spatial development is primarily longitudinal, without sacrificing a certain width that promotes quality spaces.<\/p>\n\n

On the site, a structuring and pedestrian axis will be implemented and dedicated to soft mobility. Its ambition is to connect the built environment to the various in-situ and ex-situ spaces, as the project positions itself as an integral part of the Vis\u00e9 landscape. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
