{"id":6101,"date":"2024-03-22T17:19:21","date_gmt":"2024-03-22T16:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uman.eu\/realisations\/embuild-ecolys-namen\/"},"modified":"2025-10-29T17:26:30","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T16:26:30","slug":"embuild-ecolys-namen","status":"publish","type":"realisations","link":"https:\/\/uman.eu\/nl\/realisations\/embuild-ecolys-namen\/","title":{"rendered":"Embuild Ecolys Namen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bouwproject voor een kantoorgebouw, voorgesteld in samenwerking met Lemaire Ing\u00e9nieurs en het studiebureau BEOS in het kader van de Ecolys-wedstrijd 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p>Onze reflectie vloeide voort uit een rigoureuze analyse van de site, waarbij rekening werd gehouden met de beperkingen van het uitzicht, de ori\u00ebntatie en de duidelijke wens om met de natuur te werken.<\/p>\n\n<p>Binnenin bevatte de begane grond een opleidingscentrum, een gemeenschappelijk restaurant en een ruimte gewijd aan diverse evenementen. De verdiepingen, die volledig 360\u00b0 open waren naar de omgeving van de site, boden plaats aan kantoorruimtes. <\/p>\n\n<p>Op architecturaal niveau markeerde de voorgestelde ontwrichting voor de bovenste verdiepingen een breuk tussen de zogenaamde publieke functies en de kantoorfuncties.<\/p>\n\n<p>De architecturale keuzes waren overigens eigentijds, maar markeerden tegelijkertijd een duidelijke tijdloosheid. De gekozen materialen maakten deel uit van een sober chromatisch palet: metalen gevelbekleding en wit gelakt buitenschrijnwerk, geprefabriceerd beton, helder glas. <\/p>\n\n<p>De nadruk werd ook gelegd op een belangrijk plantaardig programma (parkeerplaatsen in grasdallen, aanplant van grote bomen en vergroening van het dak) om de impact van het hitte-eiland in de zomer te verminderen en de energietoevoer door zonnestraling in de winter te versterken.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ten slotte was het geheel ook ontworpen met het oog op een circulaire economie, maar ook op een urbanistische circulariteit.
