{"id":6336,"date":"2022-07-06T11:55:02","date_gmt":"2022-07-06T09:55:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uman.eu\/realisations\/sociale-woningen-liers\/"},"modified":"2025-11-21T16:00:16","modified_gmt":"2025-11-21T15:00:16","slug":"sociale-woningen-liers","status":"publish","type":"realisations","link":"https:\/\/uman.eu\/nl\/realisations\/sociale-woningen-liers\/","title":{"rendered":"Sociale woningen \u2013 Liers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creatie van 60 duurzame sociale woningen, inclusief de inrichting van wegen en omgeving.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform de wensen van de opdrachtgever zijn minimaal 30% van de woningen aanpasbaar voor personen met beperkte mobiliteit.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gezien de relatief grote omvang van de site en de vraag naar een groot aantal gevarieerde, aanpasbare woningen, ging het bureau op zoek naar een nieuwe woningtypologie en een bouwvolume dat de bestaande half-rurale omgeving verzoent met de huidige vraag naar verdichting. De nieuwe woningen zijn gegroepeerd rond vijf entiteiten. Twee daarvan hebben een bouwhoogte van gelijkvloers + 2 verdiepingen, terwijl de drie andere, met een bescheidener hoogte, gelijkvloers + 1 verdieping tellen.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel ze iets terugliggen ten opzichte van de ontsluitingen, integreren de entiteiten zich toch naadloos in het terrein en verbeteren ze de toegankelijkheid voor mindervaliden, onder andere via aangepaste circulatiepaden en parkeerplaatsen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door de terugliggende positionering van de woningen kunnen de zo ontstane buitenruimtes aan de straatzijde worden benut als voetgangerscirculatie, parkeerplaatsen of groenzones.
