At the end of 2025, a planning application was submitted for the construction of our project “Mosa Bizz & Bike”, located along the Quai des Fermettes in Visé.
Conceived as a hotel focused on soft mobility, the building takes advantage of the nearby cross-border cycling route, offering bike access to the rooms, Horeca spaces, bike cafés, as well as rental and repair services for bicycles and light vehicles.
The project aims to enhance Visé’s tourist and economic attractiveness, while reconnecting residents with the Meuse River and avoiding a logistics-driven development of the site. It has also been welcomed by the Alderman for Urban Planning, the Alderman for Tourism, and the City Manager of Visé.
