At UMAN architect, commitment goes beyond the projects we design. It is also reflected in our desire to take an active part in our local community and support initiatives that make a tangible contribution to a more caring and supportive society.
Once again this year, several members of our team laced up their running shoes to take part in the Solidarace, organised by Galère, alongside many runners and walkers brought together by the same goal: challenging themselves while supporting meaningful causes.
UMAN architect was also present as a sponsor of the event, allowing us to further our commitment and actively support this initiative.
Beyond the sporting challenge, the Solidarace is first and foremost an opportunity to come together, build connections and help support projects that have a tangible impact.
This year, the funds raised went in particular to Le Foyer des Orphelins, which supports children by providing them with a stable and safe environment and the guidance they need, as well as to Move SEP, which, alongside the Ligue Belge de la Sclérose en Plaques, works to support people affected by the disease.
Two different causes, but united by the same commitment: being there for those who need us.
For UMAN, taking part in events like this naturally reflects the way we view our profession and our role within society. Caring about others, fostering connections and contributing, in our own way, to the vitality of our local community are all part of the values that inspire us every day.
