Restoration and transformation of the Jemeppe Castle Farm into a seminar centre. As part of the project, the inner courtyard was also redesigned.
Listed since 1982, the former farm buildings were renovated to accommodate 55 bedrooms, a reception desk, a swimming pool, conference rooms, a kitchen and a restaurant, enabling the site to host a wide variety of events at the Jemeppe Castle.
An emblematic heritage site, both the farm and the château also served as the setting for the launch of the Heritage Days in 2010.
