Construction of Jötunn’s new headquarters in the Bastogne Economic Activity Park.
Designed as a natural extension of the company’s identity, the project translates Jötunn’s core values into architecture: innovation, modularity, and sustainability. The program includes two industrial halls of 12,000 m² and 2,000 m², a 1,800 m² office building over three levels, a 150 m² coworking space, as well as outdoor developments structured around a central landscaped axis.
The industrial halls are designed to support scalable modular production, combining operational efficiency, ergonomics, and flexibility. The office spaces emphasize natural light, openness, and shared uses, incorporating relaxation, sports, and collaboration areas into daily work life. Part of these offices will be self-built by Jötunn using prefabricated modules, turning the building into a tangible showcase of the company’s expertise.
The entire site is organized around the Green Line, a landscaped backbone integrating biodiversity, responsible stormwater management, green roofs, photovoltaic energy production, and soft mobility. This axis connects the different components of the program into a coherent, vibrant place rooted in its environment.
This project combines industrial performance with quality of work life, offering teams a setting that matches their ambitions: efficient, sustainable, and deeply human.
